This training is designed for organizations that need consistent, defensible internal investigation practice across roles and teams.

Workplace Investigations Training for Organizations is delivered as a structured, three (3) day program that builds from foundational investigation skills through to advanced practice in complex, high‑risk matters. The focus is on interpersonal misconduct allegations, including harassment, bullying, sexual harassment, and psychologically harmful behaviour.

Program Structure

Day 1

The Fundamentals

This workshop provides the participant with the basic skills required to conduct a successful workplace investigation.

Day 2

Psychosocial Hazards, Psychological Violence, Harassment, Bullying & Sexual Harassment

This workshop provides the participant with an understanding of the introductory skills required to conduct a successful investigation into allegations of psychosocial violence in the workplace.

Day 3

Advanced Practice

This workshop is designed for practitioners who have taken Day One and Day Two, or who have substantial experience and training in workplace investigations. Topics include:

  • Investigating Dark Triad and High Conflict personalities
  • Trauma informed interviewing
  • Case Study and Interviewing role play
  • Conducting Credibility Assessments (critical on a he said/she said) 
  • Coming to a finding on a they said / they said
  • Identifying Aggravating and Mitigating factors in an investigation

Who is this training for?

This pathway is appropriate for organizations where investigation outcomes affect institutional credibility, governance obligations, or public trust, and where consistency across investigators is critical.
