This Trauma-Informed HR Professional training is designed to empower HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to apply a trauma-informed lens in their work.

Participants will explore the fundamental concepts of trauma-informed practices, including understanding what a trauma-informed lens is and recognizing the benefits of incorporating it into the workplace. The course will also address the risks associated with neglecting this approach. Attendees will learn how to identify trauma and trauma responses in employees, gaining insights into the signs and behaviors that may indicate trauma.
