Work that matters. People who care.
At Veritas Solutions, we help organizations handle people risk fairly, clearly, and defensibly. That work matters. It also asks a lot of the people who do it.
If you are thoughtful, grounded, and care about doing difficult work the right way, you will likely feel at home here.
How we work
Fully remote, across Canada
Veritas is a fully remote organization. Our team works from home offices across Canada, connected by clear systems, regular check-ins, and shared standards. Remote does not mean disconnected. We are deliberate about communication, documentation, and support so people are never left guessing what is expected or how decisions are made. There may be occasional in-person requirements for training, team sessions, or client needs, but day-to-day work is remote by design.
Structured, not rigid
Our work follows defined methodologies and quality gates. That structure exists to protect people, reduce uncertainty, and ensure our work stands up to scrutiny. Within that structure, we expect professional judgment, curiosity, and respectful challenge. Good questions are welcome. Better ways of doing the work are encouraged.
Psychological safety is non-negotiable
Our team works with people who are often under stress, in conflict, or experiencing harm. That means we must model the environment we expect others to create.
At Veritas, psychological safety means:
- Clear expectations and plain language
- Respectful disagreement without fear of retribution
- Support during difficult files
- No tolerance for bullying, intimidation, or ego-driven behaviour
What it is like to work here
People often ask what makes Veritas different as an employer. Here is what we hear most often from our team:
- You are trusted to do your work without micromanagement
- The work is challenging, but never careless
- Process and humanity are treated as equally important
- You are expected to grow, and supported while you do
“I have worked in investigations for a long time, and this is the first place where I have felt both fully accountable and genuinely supported. When a file is heavy, you are not left carrying it alone. We talk openly about impact, stress, and judgement. We slow down when slowing down is the right thing to do. That makes the work better, and it makes it sustainable.”
Compensation and Benefits
We believe good work deserves fair, transparent compensation.
Our total compensation approach includes:
- Competitive base salary aligned to role and experience
- Employer RRSP matching
- Comprehensive benefits, including health and dental
- Paid time off, statutory holidays, and additional leave provisions
- Professional development and learning support
We review compensation regularly to ensure it remains fair, competitive, and aligned with responsibility.
Current Opportunities
- We do not currently have any open roles.
Veritas Solutions only hires individuals who are legally eligible to work in Canada. We do not provide immigration or work visa sponsorship.

What we look for
We hire people who are:
- Thoughtful and grounded under pressure
- Clear writers and careful listeners
- Comfortable working independently within shared standards
- Willing to ask hard questions and hear honest answers

Every employee is expected to contribute to a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Respect is not optional; it is part of the job.
