Modules Include, in sequence:
- Understanding Grooming and Coercive Control
- Administrative vs. Criminal Investigations
- Policy Gaps and Organizational Risk
- Interviewing Techniques: Including Interviewing Minors
- Bias Awareness and Credibility Assessments
Veritas’ Multi-Disciplinary Training Team
Veritas Solutions courses are delivered by experienced practitioners, including former senior executives, forensic and registered psychologists, regulatory and workplace investigators, HR leaders, and public‑sector decision‑makers.
Rather than assigning trainers by availability alone, we select the best‑fit facilitator based on the organization, sector, and people risks involved.
While individual trainers may vary by session, all meet the same high standard for delivery, subject‑matter expertise, and trauma‑informed practice. This approach ensures every course is grounded in real‑world experience and delivered with clarity, care, and credibility.
