Lisa DeSousa, RN | Director, Regulatory Investigations
Lisa DeSousa is an accomplished regulatory investigator with over a decade of experience addressing professional misconduct, including sexual abuse, drug diversion, harassment, and competency issues. Lisa’s background as a Registered Nurse, specifically as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for over 10 years, has provided her with extensive expertise in interviews and evidence collection. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and her lifelong learning journey includes certifications in Advanced Workplace Investigations, Forensic Studies, and Trauma-Informed Interviewing. Lisa’s ability to manage complex cases and her dedication to continuous improvement make her an invaluable asset to our team.
