Workplace Investigations Training Certificate | CPHR BC & Yukon

October 27 – 30, 2026

The Workplace Investigations Certificate is a three-day virtual course, with a focus on three training topics. The courses may be taken as a stand-alone, or as a full three-day program. Pre-requisite is not required.

This training deals with sensitive subject matter related to harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and abuse in the workplace. Real case studies are utilized with real language from them. This content may be disturbing, and participants are encouraged to self-select and manage or advise the instructor if necessary.

Due to the sensitive nature of the course and personal stories being shared, this program will not be recorded.

About the Workplace Investigations Training Certificate:

This workshop extends the knowledge from our specialized investigations courses by integrating it into a comprehensive framework. It broadens the scope to encompass all types of workplace incidents, misconduct, and allegations. This includes offences such as theft and fraud (person on property misconduct) as well as acts of violence and threats between individuals (person on person misconduct).
