About This Training

The Workplace Violence De-escalation training is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of human behavior, focusing on both proactive and reactive responses in escalated workplace violence situations. By participating in this course, attendees will gain valuable insights into their own perceptions and assumptions, enabling them to interpret behavior more objectively and effectively. By developing essential communication skills for de-escalation, including verbal strategies like the 3 S strategy, rephrasing, and setting limits with empathy, participants will be better equipped to handle conflicts and reduce the risk of workplace violence.
